Protocols except CAN do not work.

I have tested Freematics OBD-II Emulator MK2 with the Ultra-Gauge OBDII. But your product only support for CAN protocol. Another Protocol doesn't work. Please can check this issue?

KWP2000 is well supported.

You didn't check it. I think this product doesn't according to OBDII standard.

i am having a similar problem. i tried switching the protocol to anything other than CAN_11B_500K and i am having issues connecting.

Same problem here.
Works only with CAN 11/500 .
Has anybody found a solution?

After switching protocol, re-connect the device.
