What OBD-II Adapter voltage output for Arduino Uno?

Hello,

I would like to buy the OBD-II Adapter for Arduino - Model A (UART) and connect it to an Arduino Uno (http://store.arduino.cc/product/A000073) so I would like to be sure to select the right connector/voltage for it.
As I see, while ordering, I can select between 4 connectors and two voltage outputs. Which selection is more suitable for Arduino Uno? May you help me?

I have also another question: it's problem for you to ship items to Germany?

When you say "what protocol", I am assuming you are talking about the physical layer, if so, I believe it is CAN for all newer bimmer models.
