Hello

I have bought the OBD-II Telematics Starter Kit (Arduino Nano based).
Now I am trying to connect it with the EOBD of my car and it will not work at all.

What I have done so far
- Donwloading the libraries and the nanologger and nanotimer program form github.
- Uploading the nanotimer sketch with Arduino builder (see attachment)
- Connecting the wires with the nano, LCD screen and adapter
- Plugging the adapter into my car, when I do this there are at first blinking a couple of LED, that changes into a red led that is on constantly also the green LED on my arduino nano is on what indicates in my opinion that there is a voltage supply for my Arduino nano.
However my LCD screen does not show anything. But if I unplug everything and go back to my laptop and make a connection between my nano and my laptop with a micro USB to USB cable the screen starts working and shows the following messages on the screen:
- Performance Box: connecting OBD ...
- followd by the screen of the Performance box
And what follows is that he tries to reconnect with the OBD which there isn't because he is plugged into my laptop.

Please post a comment when you know the solution for my problem.
Best regards
Jan
