Question on Which Library I should Use? Freematic One and SIM Card Problems

I have the Freematic One Dongle, and an Hologram Sim Card (2G/GPRS, 3G HSPDA, 4G LTE, https://hologram.io/iot-sim-card/).
We are having trouble getting it to send a package to one of our servers (public on the internet), is there a step by step guide for this? Maybe details on which one of these files to use: https://github.com/stanleyhuangyc/Freem ... er_sim5360
