Re: Red LED

The ESP32 controlled LED is blue. The red one is OBD activity and is not marked on schematic.

GPS decoding loop now in separate thread

Freematics ONE+ Arduino library has been updated to use separate thread for decoding GPS NMEA data for better stability. This also takes advantage of ESP32's dual-core feature. Users encountering GPS data stability issue please update your library. https://github.com/stanleyhuangyc/Freematics/commit...

Re: Pre-buy question: kit #3 as live lap timer?

Unfortunately, we don't have time to spare on a specific application like a racing laptimer. All we are focusing now is improving hardware and library, so people can evolve their own applications more easily.

Re: Freematics Emulator, ISO9141 & KWP P2MIN

Well, emulator is a bit different from simulator. Emulator makes something work as if it is on a target which is actually not. It does not 100% restore the inside working condition of the target.

Re: Power Pin Connector for Arduino Nano

The power from OBD-II adapter is regulated 5V. So connect its VCC to Arduino Nano's 5V.

The last one is the device. You may need to install CP2102 USB driver.

Did you see the blue LED inside the GPS lit up again after waking up?
