Re: Issues using Cellular GNSS

Nevermind, totally an issue on my side. The buffer became full right after adding lat when using the cellular GNSS. Console does print "Full" which I didn't notice was related. The external GNSS performs better but I'm having GPS signal issues on multiple vehicles due to where the OBDII po...

Issues using Cellular GNSS

Switching over to try out cellular GNSS seems to not work with getting latitude using telelogger. I'm testing using an antenna connected to the cellular module. GNSS is active and the serial console shows GPS data being collected: [GPS] 32.XXXXXX -117.XXXXXX 0km/h Course:46 2020-10-30T22:55:20Z with...

Re: Extension cord for Freematics ONE+ B

yah your right you don't need the extension for CAN for that. I was thinking you might have the device outside of the car or something. Hope the USB works out!

Re: Extension cord for Freematics ONE+ B

What length are you looking at for this? Are you hooking it up to an emulator or having it go out to a running vehicle? Any USB will start to be faulty due to power around 5 meters. They sell power boosted USB's that you plug into your PC and on the other end has a split for a second USB for just po...

Re: Uploading data stored on the SD card to Freematics Hub

This is something would like also. Basically using the SD card as a cache until the network is available.

From what I've seen there are no sketches in the repo that have that already built so it needs to be coded out. Not sure if I'll get around to looking into it but any heroes out there :?:

Re: Cannot get Telelogger to run on Freematics One +

Using the freematics Builder I have had an issue after a bunch of changes where I needed to hit the checkbox Rebuild Core and Rebuild Libs.

Can you provide the logs that show up under console in Freematics Builder?

Re: extracting all data from ECU

Yah, you can request data from each PID. You just need to list all ALL the PID's you want.

If you are looking for supported PID's, you can first request all supported PID's then loop each of those. Ex. PID 00 will return which out of 01-20 that are supported.

Older 2018-08-06 still usable?

I tried loading up an older One+ Model B with the PCB date printed as 2018-08-06. Purchased May 20, 2019 I tried to load up the telelogger v5 for testing but it fails on GNSS and LTE. It seems to have slightly different components. Is there any changes I need to make to the current Telelogger v5 for...

Re: Anyone got the SIMCOM7600 working with MQTT?

Well at least yours has a 7600 firmware, mine has the 7500 firmware for some reason.

I had not seen the FOTA feature so that's interesting. I'll look around see if I can figure out something. I was looking at the schematics but wasn't sure if there's a way to tap in to do the upgrade.
