Issue sorted. USB COM serial port driver was not installed. Used Windows device manager to update the driver and everything now working as expected.

I am attempting to configure the APN configurations on a Freematics ONE device, via the Freematics Builder, version 1.2.3. I am able to load and build the telelogger.ino file. But I see no option to upload the configurations, ie, no serial port options, as per attached screenshot. I have the device ...
