It is likely other PIDs are not supported by your car.

The speed can't be very fast as for the 38400bps serial baudrate.

You can set the value of those PIDs.

What monitors are off. Can you post a screenshot of your device/software?

Do you know what protocol (CAN or others) your car uses?

There is no problem to use the adapter with Arduino DUE. The Rx Tx working voltage is 3.3V. The VCC is 5V.
