Only cars with CAN bus or KWP2000 are supported which is stated on the product page.

We don't provide android code. You can use serial terminal app to receive text sent from the device.

iPhone 4S needs BLE not Bluetooth 2.1. You can't connect with any Bluetooth 2.1 data device with iPhone.
