HUB Server Key

Hey,

I'm just getting started and messing with my Freematics ONE. I wanted to do some testing and get it logging to the Freematics Hub. For the life of me I can't find anywhere that tells me how to get or generate my SERVER KEY so i can connect. I might just be missing it, but its not obvious to me.

How do I get a SERVER_KEY so i can feed data to the HUB?

Thanks for any help!

Please send email to support@freematics.com.au to get your key.

I did that and it bounced.

The response from the remote server was:
550 The mail server could not deliver mail to support@freematics.com.au. The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries.

Hello -

similar problem here -

I've sent a request for a Hub server key a week ago to
support@freematics.com.au
but heard no response...

Am grasping at straws for how to proceed...

Hello guys,
I have the same problem!

I've sent a request for a Hub server key a week ago to support@freematics.com.au but heard no response...

I sent a new request today, via "leave a message" directly from the web site...

It's urgent!

Please advise

Alessio

FWIW - I also sent a mail directly to the author posting on the GitHub repo on 2 June. It is now 1 full week later, with no response from any of several attempts to reach out. :!:

It seems as if this company has no interest to support it's product... :?:

Buyer beware...

Email stanley directly. I think he only uses github as a repository.

Hi Protomor, thanks for the suggestion - but can you suggest an email that might actually get a response?

I've sent emails to stanleyhuangyc@live.com on 2 June and again tonight (that's the email visible at Freematics GitHub repo), support@freematics.com 27 May (the email actually listed in the code, where Freematics suggests to ask for a key), and stanley@broadintel.com (the email listed on the Freematics blog page).

Stanley@broadintel.com bounced, and there has been only radio silence from the other two.

Who knows - maybe my mails bounced or went to spam. But it's been over two weeks! So it's not looking good for support except via nice folk in the community like yourself...
