Can I use your obd2 simulator to spoof a HUM X into thinking it is attached to a car so I can use the wifi capabilities of it?

So I finally got in my emulator and have tried it out and it does seem to work to spoof the HUM module however I am wondering if once you unplug from the computer the usb cable is there a way to keep whatever settings/states active within the emulator?

Currently there is no storage of settings and values but technically this can be done by plugging an external microcontroller through serial UART interface.
