OBD-II Emulator MK2 J1850 Not connecting

We have procured Freematics OBD-II Emulator MK2 with Extra Protocols: J1850 PWM/VPW.

When we try to test for J1850, we are getting the error "Unable to connect",
Kindly help us in the regard ASAP.

What thing is giving that error? The GUI software?
