Freematics one datalogger problem

Hi, I have some questions about datalogger SD card.
I plug GPS receiver in the OBD logger.

1. In the config.h, when I set “ENABLE DATA LOG” and ”ENABLE DATA OUT” both 1, the SD card is empty. But when I set “ENABLE DATA LOG” 1 and ”ENABLE DATA OUT” 0, there is data in the SD card. Why?

2. And there is no MEMS data and OBD data in the csv files. There are only GPS information and battery voltage values.
How can I solve this problem?
