Freematics one datalogger problem

I plugged GPS receiver in the OBD logger.

Why there is no MEMS data and OBD data in the csv files?
There is only GPS information and battery voltage values.

There were MEMS data and OBD data in the files at first time I use. But when I keep using it, there are no MEMS data and OBD data in the files.
