Approvals ?

Does anyone has hint for in which countries I can use the Freematics ONE+ while the car moves on public roads ?
As I understand there are regulations that only permits usage of such devices when approvals ( like ECE Approval in the European Union) are available.
Is this correct ? And are there any approvals available for the ONE+ ?
