The SD card was running perfectly in v1.1.3 however after I've changed to v1.2.2 it says SD Card: NO CARD. Hence, I went back to v1.1.3 to try again but the SD card is perfectly fine in the 1.1.3.

I am posting this here, because the Software Forum keep asking me to login again even though I am already logged in. But only the product forum is working.

Can you make sure libraries and core are rebuilt?

Yes I did, and it's still not working

This is likely an issue in the latest ESP32 Arduino core package. Try using PlatformIO instead.
