SIM800 SPI TIMEOUT

Hi,
Please comment if Freematics ONE wit SIM800 can work without OBD ?
I use sketch telelogger_sim800 and see that xbTogglePower use setTarget(TARGET_OBD) instead of TARGET_BEE.
initGSM does not work and i receive SPI TIMEOUT, debug was ON, hot to check if SIM800 works as expected ?
i do not have OBD emulator and just plug in USB power and use Serial monitor to check debug output.
