Hello. My colleague ordered a device from Freematics recently. The order page displays a tracking number and "Shipped" status, however, entering this tracking number to any option listed in https://freematics.com/store/index.php? ... ation_id=6 provides no result. Could you please check how to track this particular shipment? Order number is 9060. Thank you.
No response. Is it a typical level of support that Freematics can provide? Your device costs $300, it is not something one can easily let go. The delivery issue delays our project for quite a bit already, which is also money.
