Can't track the shipment

Hello. My colleague ordered a device from Freematics recently. The order page displays a tracking number and "Shipped" status, however, entering this tracking number to any option listed in https://freematics.com/store/index.php? ... ation_id=6 provides no result. Could you please check how to track this particular shipment? Order number is 9060. Thank you.

Please try enquire at your local post office with the provided tracking number.

Please tell me the exact service name that you used to send the package. Otherwise this is a waste of time.

No response. Is it a typical level of support that Freematics can provide? Your device costs $300, it is not something one can easily let go. The delivery issue delays our project for quite a bit already, which is also money.

We are going to request our bank to cancel the visa transaction unless you respond, as we haven't got the device in more than 1 month, and there's no way to track the shipment.

It looks like your shipment was held form custom clearance. Please email us for more information.
