Enable Bluetooth on Freematics ONE+ Model B

we purchased Freematics ONE+ Model B for integrating with Oracle IoT Fleet Monitoring application and to push real time data to Oracle Cloud. Oracle has builtin libraries to collect the data from Freematics enabling BLE and thru Android App.
I’m trying to enable BLE on Freematics ONE+ Model B by installing library mentioned below thru platformIO but still not successful. Could you please let me know the recommended library to install and sample datalogger to be used to collect the data on android phone thru BLE?
