Freematics Builder does nto find my com port

I am trying to upload hex file to a Arduino Leonardo pro micro and i am not able to get the software to see my com port. I see the comport listed in device manager as "Arduino Leonardo (COM161)" but in freematics builder it does not find it and all i get is Choose a serial port. pressing refresh does not do anything either. Is there a way for manually configure the software to see my port? i am able to program the boards fine directly with Arduino or platformio but am not able to do it here.
