Freematics builder don't compile and closed the terminal

Hi everyone,
I've a probleme with 1.2.2 version of freematics builder.
When i try to complile to my freematics one + by clicking on the com port button, the serial port is closed by the software and nothing happend.
When i restart the serial communication i see in the console freematics one + tryin to reconnect to the server with the old ip adresse (and port).
I've read something about that from a 2014 post but the answer is "fixed by the 1.0.5 version".
I've read something about the usb cable and low power of the usb port...
Please help me ^^
