Freematics OBD-II Emulator

Hi, I have a project that I am working on and want to capture, then play back 30-60 minutes of drive time on a vehicle. Is that possible with the OBD-II Emulator MK2? If so is there any documentation that could help? Also is it possible to alter the playback information?
