Freematics Builder no Serial Port Option (Freematics ONE)

I am attempting to configure the APN configurations on a Freematics ONE device, via the Freematics Builder, version 1.2.3. I am able to load and build the telelogger.ino file.

But I see no option to upload the configurations, ie, no serial port options, as per attached screenshot.


I have the device connected to the PC via USB and it lights up red and beeps when I connect.

How can I troubleshoot this connection in order to upload the configs on my device?

Issue sorted. USB COM serial port driver was not installed. Used Windows device manager to update the driver and everything now working as expected.
