Flashing via Bluetooth or SD card?

Thanks for this cool maker project. I'd like to flash the firmware through Bluetooth or the SD card. I found a github project (https://github.com/thseiler/embedded/tree/master/avr/2boots), but haven't looked into it any further. Does anyone else have interest in doing this?
