OBD-II UART USB driver

Hello
What is the driver to use with OBD-II UART micro USB connector? So far it hasn't worked for me on OSX and Windows 10 is also not recognizing. I have the Silicon Labs CP210x driver installed on Win, OSX is usually more cooperative.
The device works as I've tested it with the 4 connectors and an external USB-UART converter.
