Trouble connecting to OBD,

I can't get any data off of the OBD connector, I've tried uploading the example sketch "simple_obd_test" from the firmware_v5 folder. I am getting stuck when initialising when running the obd.init() function in the FreemticsOBD.cpp library

On the serial monitor, all I get back is

Connecting to OBD...
Connecting to OBD...
Connecting to OBD...
Connecting to OBD...

I've tried debugging and the code gets to stage two of the obd.init() function

Any help is much appreciated

Your car must be using one of our supported protocols and it is likely not.

There is some compatibility issue with ISO9141. Some might work and some might not. So we don't claim our products support this protocol.
