Can't track the shipment

Hello. My colleague ordered a device from Freematics recently. The order page displays a tracking number and "Shipped" status, however, entering this tracking number to any option listed in https://freematics.com/store/index.php? ... ation_id=6 provides no result. Could you please check how to track this particular shipment? Order number is 9060. Thank you.

Please try enquire at your local post office with the provided tracking number.

Please tell me the exact service name that you used to send the package. Otherwise this is a waste of time.
