SIM CARD OFF

good evening. I tried 23 times to check sim detection with freematics one+ model b sim7600E-H. every time that i run sim 7600 test, always the message ''SIM NO'' Appears. I followed developers guide but No results at now to make it work at the moment. IT IS CRUCIAL to make it work. Please Mr Huang give an help ASAP.
I changed two mobile service providers (TIM with 3 different apn ) and no positive results. always SIM NO APPEARS, and i checked multiple times that the sim is properly placed.
