OBD-II Emulator MK2 J1850 Not connecting

We have procured Freematic's OBD-II Emulator MK2 with Extra Protocols: J1850 PWM/VPW.
When we tried to test J1850 its showing an error "Unable to Connect"
Kindly help ASAP.
