Can optional GNSS receiver have removable battery?

So, GNSS always start as "cold start" because my vehicle's OBD2 power line will be off when vehicle power is off.
GNSS can "Hot start" if the receiver can have removable backup battery.

I don't want to connect GNSS or Freematics One directory from vehicle's battery, because it consumes vehicle's battery.

The GNSS module does have a tiny battery. If you mean backup battery for the whole device, there is none but you can DIY.
