OBD -II UART Emulator GUI error

Hello, I am facing a issue with an OBD-II Emulator GUI software. while I am connecting to the Freematics OBD-II UART cable to the system but its connecting its showing the error message. please go through the attached screenshots and let me know the what is the problem over there.

Are you able to connect through iOS or Android app?

You should ensure proper connection of the OBD-II UART cable and installation of drivers, then verify compatibility with the
build now gg operating system and attempt reconnection after restarting the system.
