How to check sendCommand's functionality

Hello ,
My purchase was Freematics ONE plus.

Firmware_v5\datalogger was the one I used.
outcome SD: NOT
OBD: Negative

SendCommand("ATI\r",...) in OBD sys.begin -> getDeviceType()
sendCommand did not respond.


ATI commands function normally if you have an ELM327 device and attach it to a vehicle.
It doesn't seem to be a wiring issue with the OBD.

Is it possible to determine whether the Freematics product has an anomaly?
