• Australia Post International Express (EMS)

Delivery time estimate for Australia Post standard shipping:

• Australia/New Zealand 2-5 business days
• East/South East Asia 7-15 business days
• Western Europe 10-15 business days
• North America 10-15 business days
• Rest of World 15-30 business days

Delivery time estimate for Australia Post international express:

• New Zealand 2-3 business days
• East/South East Asia 2-5 business days
• Western Europe 3-5 business days
• North America 3-6 business days
• Rest of World 3-10 business days

A tracking number will be provided for tracking via Australia Post website as well as destination postal service website.

Handling time is normally 1 business day for express shipping and 1-2 business days for standard shipping.

We gurantee replacing for items damaged during shipping. Please ensure your provided shipping address is accurate. We would not undertake any loss from delivery failure due to inaccurate shipping address.

Any custom duty and/or import tax incurred in international shipping are payable by customer, except for the US for which custom duty is prepaid and included in the postage. If customer refuses to pay and rejects the shipment, we will charge 15% of order amount as admin fee to cover return shipping and other costs.
